When was the last time?
When was the last time you told yourself “I love you”?
When was the last time you appreciated yourself—appreciated all you do for you and for others?
When was the last time you didn’t wait for someone else to tell you how special you are in this world?
I know how long you’ve been waiting to give yourself a hug.
When was the last time you held your own hand?
When was it?
Do you know I’m grateful you exist in this world?
Yes, I know—it’s been a long time since I asked this many questions. But obviously, you know me by now... I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t ask them all at some point.
The gratitude I feel for you being in this world is deep. Because without you, there wouldn’t be someone who brings companionship, support, presence. And I feel like it’s time.
Time for someone to truly appreciate you.
Time for someone to tell you how much you’re worth.
Do you realize all you’ve contributed to the world just by existing?
So much.
You’re still alive.
You’re still here.
Even in those moments when you didn’t think you could make it.
Even in those moments you wanted to run.
You’re still here.
And that fills me with inspiration—because somehow, you keep seeing life, you keep living it, and you keep trying.
It’s normal to want to cry—so cry. Laugh. Sing. Dance.
And above all, love yourself.
Understand who you are because of what you’ve lived. Your past has taught you.
Do you know how beautiful it would be if you looked in the mirror and told yourself “I love you”?
You don’t have to say anything else.
Just each day when you wake up, look into your eyes in the mirror and say, “I love you.”
That phrase is so powerful that no matter how chaotic the world may become, it would be the one thing that survives and stays alive.
Love is something that—whether it’s for a cat or a moment of silence—keeps going. And it will always live on.
So love yourself—because you are worthy of being loved by you.
The people around you are so blessed and lucky to be loved by you.
So if others in your life get the joy of receiving your love… why shouldn’t you receive it, too?
It’s only fair that you love yourself, and feel your own love.
So dare to love yourself—because let me tell you: you are worth it.
You are enough.
And that love you carry inside you… it should be felt by you, first.
Today I spoke to you from pure love.
Tomorrow… who knows.
What I do know is this:
You are deserving of your own love.
And when you give it to yourself, the world will reflect back what you give to you.
As it says in the Bible:
“Love your neighbor as yourself.”
— Mark 12:31
Which means you only receive in life what you give yourself… because the world is a mirror of your own self-love.
And believe me, you are more than enough.
You don’t need anyone’s permission to love yourself.
So love yourself the way I love you—
Because I love myself immensely.
And from that, I love you without judgment, without pointing fingers.
I love you.
