Feelings

Feeling lost. How many of you have felt lost? Clouded? Full of heaviness, of exhaustion? I know I’ve lived through moments like these. And believe me—they’re not moments that make us jump for joy. Because they create fear, they create doubt. They provoke us to doubt ourselves.

And something that society has done perfectly is to plant seeds of doubt in our lives constantly, from the time we are small. When you're in school, you have to ask for permission even to go to the bathroom. At home, just to go outside and play, you usually have to ask for permission. It’s something we’ve been taught. But what is it really?

To doubt our decisions. To doubt what we want, what we feel, eat, speak, and think. Simply put, everything must be questioned. We’re always supposed to look for answers outside ourselves—approval from others, from our families, from friends, from teachers, from everyone. But we were never taught to seek our own approval. The approval of ourselves. The most important approval—the one that actually guides us toward the life experience that belongs to us.

No one can see the world the way you see it, because you possess your own eyes. No one will ever possess your eyes, no matter how much science claims it can be done. Because it’s not your physical eyes—it’s your consciousness.

I’ll confess something: today I feel very clouded and tired. Even a little confused. But this won’t stop me from writing my article today. Because I believe in myself. Because I know that what I have to say is something many people need to hear or read. I know it’s important for me to write it, because the first person who receives this message is me. Simply me.

So how could I not trust myself? Why should I doubt myself, when the first audience I’ll ever have will always be me? And the first person this message will touch—in one way or another—is me.

So, continuing to feel what the world tells us to feel, what it tells us to listen to, what it tells us to ask—outside of ourselves… Well, the one you should trust most deeply is yourself. And after that, everything else will begin to align with what your heart truly desires. Why?

Because, in truth, your frequency is created by you and your consciousness. By your beliefs. If you believe the world is ending, then in your mind, the world will end. If you believe the world has no hope, then it will seem hopeless. But if you believe the world has potential for beauty… that people can change for the better… that you are important… that your dreams and desires matter… that you matter—then that is the world you will see. And you will attract people who align with that mindset.

Little by little, the people who don’t see the world the way you do will naturally drift away—because they’re no longer aligned with what you feel, what you believe, and what you see.

So never allow anyone to make you doubt what you’ve always believed was possible. Never let anyone tell you that you feel too much, that you talk too much, that you dream too big, that you’re too positive, too energetic, or that your dreams are impossible. That you should lower your expectations. Why?

Because they don’t get to define your world, your reality, your efforts—and above all, they cannot believe in something they themselves can’t visualize. Because they are limiting themselves. And limitation is what stops anyone from achieving anything.

So empower yourself. Believe big. Dream big. Because no one else will do it for you. Feel—feel everything—and then release what limits you. Because in order to recognize your limitations, you must first feel them and see them.

Don’t you dare doubt yourself. Don’t give yourself that limitation. You are far too valuable to remain stuck in the beliefs of others. You are too important in this world not to achieve what you truly desire.

They say this world is too big to be claimed by just one person—so it’s the same for every dream and every feeling of hope you carry. The mind and imagination are limitless. And therefore, so are you.

Today, I spoke to you from the clouds in my head.
Literally, I have no idea what tomorrow will bring.
But what I do know is this: only we can stop ourselves.
Not even feelings of confusion or a clouded mind stopped me from writing this message.

So don’t be your own obstacle.
Just because some days are cloudy—
Be the sun you need to clear the skies.
Be the path that leads to your destiny.
Be the light in the middle of your darkness.
Be the faith that carries you forward.
Be the power that creates your dreams.
Be the healing that heals your feelings and your past.
Just be—simply be—YOU.

I love you.
