The Whisper
Have you ever heard the whisper of your mind when you think something’s wrong? Yes, right? Well, the truth is, for generations we've been taught that we should only listen to that whisper when it's negative—when it's warning us.
But what if I told you that this is exactly what's kept you stuck in life, in every possible area?
A few months ago, I decided to stop listening to that voice of fear and so-called protection, because at that point, I was tired. Tired of the fact that no matter how much work I did, how much effort I gave, I still felt like I was getting nowhere.
So I reached the point where I had nothing left to lose. I said, “Now I’m going to listen to my intuition—the one that tells me to do the opposite of what most people think is right. I’m just going to be myself and do what makes me happy.”
That’s when everything began to shift.
If you’ve been with me on this blog from the beginning, you already know I talk a lot about focus. That’s because a few months ago I started focusing on the positive—on what brings me joy, what makes me feel like a child again. And then, everything began to align. I’m telling you the truth—everything aligned so fast.
I had been job hunting for more than five months, and I was in a really deep stage of healing in my life, a confusing and foggy time—which is not normal for me. But when I made this shift, everything changed: my self-esteem started rising, my thoughts began transforming, and that voice—that whisper I used to fear—I now trust it fully.
Here’s the wild part:
It wasn’t that the whisper was ever wrong.
It was that my focus, my interpretation of that voice, was what had been misaligned.
So it kept leading me down the same path, over and over again, with the same painful outcomes. But when I finally changed my focus, everything changed.
That old whisper used to be my limiting belief.
The new whisper is my faith, my intuition, and my daily compass.
What I want to tell you is this: you’ve probably heard the saying, “Tell me who you walk with, and I’ll tell you who you are.”
It’s controversial, because you can take it many ways—defensive, in agreement, or even from a place of powerlessness.
But here’s another example: “You are what you eat.”
If you want to be healthy, then eating healthy is the solution. And if health doesn’t interest you, then you likely don’t care what you put in your mouth.
And no matter how many explanations we give ourselves for why we don’t eat healthy, the truth is—we first need to change how we see food.
For example, if you see ice cream and think, I want it, but I need to stop eating sugar, and you view that as a form of torture or restriction, you’ll feel miserable.
But if you instead think: “I’m not eating sugar because my body feels better without it. I’m not depriving myself, I’m protecting myself. I’m not suffering, I’m breaking cycles that weren’t healthy.”
Now that changes everything.
That change in perception is a secret I wanted to share.
And what does that have to do with the whisper, Luna?
Simple.
The positive and negative voices you hear…
That’s the whisper.
And you always have control over how you engage with it.
Now—I’m not saying it’ll be quick or easy to shift.
Or maybe you’re like me, and it will be.
But either way—it’s worth trying.
And I ask you this:
If you’ve already tried a thousand tricks, rituals, and mindset tools…
Why not try this one too?
Even if it seems simple or complicated, it depends on how you choose to see it.
See? One single thing can be seen in many different ways.
So what do you have to lose?
Literally nothing.
Because it’s all in your mind—it’s just focus. It’s not material.
Let me give you some tips I used when unwanted thoughts came knocking:
Don’t scream at them, “Go away! You’re worthless!”
Why? Because you’re not changing anything by doing that.
Let me paint a picture with an example:
Let’s say someone who practices ritual magic writes something like, “I destroy everyone who has wronged me,” and then they burn the paper.
You think that’s going to set you free?
No.
It won’t.
Because you can’t expect good karma when you’re focused on destruction.
You won’t free yourself. You’ll actually bind yourself more deeply to that negativity.
So how can you shift it to something positive instead?
Example:
“I transmute all low-frequency, negative energy into high-frequency light. I free myself from the past and plant a future of love and peace.”
See the difference?
Now, you’ve taken that dark energy and transformed it—through your focus—into something positive and healing. You gave that energy a new body, a higher vibration.
So next time you hear that old whisper, respond like this:
“No. Let me correct that. I’m not ugly. I’m not dumb. I’m not always in the wrong place.”
Then affirm:
“I am beautiful. I am intelligent. I am always in the right place at the right time. And if I wasn’t before—it’s because I needed to learn something I can now apply.”
These subtle changes begin to reprogram your mind, and slowly but surely, you’ll notice that the more you correct the whisper, the more it transforms into something positive.
And before you know it, your life will take a turn you never imagined.
You’ll be so happy to see how everything you once dreamed of is finally arriving with ease.
Today I wrote from my wisdom.
Tomorrow—I don’t know.
But what I do know is this:
You have the power to change your life just by changing your focus.
You are more powerful than you think.
We are all children of the same Creator.
I love you.
